Returns & Exchanges

Alexa Burke accepts returns or exchanges for up to 10 days after items are received, and must be returned in brand new, unworn condition. Please note: Made-to-order jewelry, are final sale. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges. If you do not love your purchase, please complete and submit the contact form below. We will answer your request and receive a reply within 1-3 business days, providing you with further return instructions. The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost, including insurance. See the appraisal received for insurance value. Please allow 1-2 days for us to process your return upon receipt. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please email customer service within 24 hours of receipt. Damaged items due to buyer’s negligence will not be accepted for refund. All special orders cancellations must be done within 24 hours from the time the order is placed to avoid additional charges.
